MATRIX / GO SERIES

Strength starts
with simplicity.

GO makes the first steps in strength training more approachable: fewer adjustments, low starting weights and a welcoming layout. Create a circuit for beginners and people returning to activity, including spaces where floor area is limited.

01 / PEOPLE & PLACES

Bring more people
into strength training.

GO is designed for users new to strength training and circuit programmes. Select a combination around the people using it, the instruction available and your room.

Health clubs and country clubs

An introduction to strength

For beginners and people returning to fitness who want straightforward machine operation. A GO area can sit alongside an existing strength collection.

Senior living and active aging

Strength in the activity programme

For facilities serving independent older adults. The professional team evaluates entry, positioning, starting resistance and the support each user needs.

Community centres

A guided strength circuit

For community sports programmes introducing machine-based strength training. Plan the staff position, exercise sequence and movement between stations.

Studios and small groups

Moving between stations

For instructor-led circuits. A small number of adjustments makes familiarisation and station changes more straightforward.

Housing, hospitality and workplaces

A plan that respects the space

For facilities with varied users and limited floor area. Consider supervision, expected simultaneous use and a compact mix of strength equipment.

Return to activity and rehabilitation settings

Selection with the professional team

Matrix includes GO in its rehabilitation and active-aging materials. For a therapeutic programme, the treating team specifies the movement, resistance, positioning and model requirements.

GO / CHOOSING FOR YOUR FACILITY

Choose the programme before the machines.

GO supports an approachable strength circuit. A facility serving independent older adults and a rehabilitation service can have different requirements for the same movement. Define those requirements first, then compare the exact models.

01

Define the users

Experience, independence, entry and exit, and the instruction available. Age alone does not define equipment fit.

02

Describe the movement

The professional team specifies positioning, starting resistance and any required movement adjustments for a therapeutic programme.

03

Compare exact models

Review the individual features of GO and Versa MD. The GO Leg Press and Versa MD Leg Press are separate models.

04

Plan the whole room

Check in-use dimensions, access, staff sight lines and the required configuration before finalising the proposal.

02 / GO BENEFITS

Simple to use.
Thoughtful to plan.

The series connects the experience of the user with the everyday needs of instructors, facility managers and service teams.

01

Less preparation

Minimal adjustments, and on many models no user adjustments, help users get started and move to the next station.

02

Gradual progression

Low starting weights are part of the GO station design. The optional 2.3 kg incremental weight allows smaller changes on compatible stations.

03

Compact layouts

Compact footprints and back-to-back placement options support a strength area and its traffic flow.

04

Open sight lines

Low weight stacks help staff keep visual contact with users. Overall machine height still varies by model.

05

Thoughtful positioning

Large grips, extended seats and foot positions accommodate different users, according to the specific model.

06

Clear exercise guidance

Illustrated placards show the muscles and exercise positions. Colours and numbers help identify settings.

07

Personal storage

Bottle holders and personal storage areas on core stations keep belongings close during exercise.

08

Service access

Metal shrouds can be removed with two bolts. Guide rods can be removed without tools to support maintenance.

Features and accessories vary by model. The incremental weight is an optional accessory; it is not the starting weight and is not included with every machine.

GO / THE FITNESS SPACE

A circuit with
room to connect.

Plan the stations, the path between them and the position of the instructor together. Compact machine footprints are a starting point; the final layout also needs access and the space occupied during exercise.

04 / DIMENSIONS & PLANNING

Low stacks.
Precise room planning.

Weight-stack height is only part of the layout. Check the machine body, the space occupied during movement and the routes around it.

01

Machine footprint

Length and width depend on the model and configuration.

02

In-use space

Some dimensions increase during exercise. The Shoulder Press reaches 176 cm in use.

03

Access & instruction

Allow for entry, exits, staff instruction, service and the delivery route.

04

Stack height

137 cm on the core stations. This is different from the overall machine height.

04

Progress individually

Introduce the movement and set resistance for each user.

06 / QUESTIONS

Before choosing
your equipment.

Is GO only for older adults?

GO is designed for people new to strength training and for circuit programmes. It can also sit in a health club, studio or facility serving varied users. Experience, model fit and instruction matter alongside age.

Are all machines 137 cm high?

137 cm is the stack height of the core stations and the body height of many of them. The Lat Pulldown is taller, and the Shoulder Press reaches 176 cm during use. The Functional Trainer is taller and its exact configuration must be confirmed.

Does every machine have no adjustments?

Many models need no user adjustment; others have straightforward settings. The Lat Pulldown has an adjustable seat, and the Leg Press has numbered starting positions. Check the features of each model.

What is the starting resistance?

Matrix identifies low starting weights as a GO feature. The actual load depends on the model and transmission mechanism. Plate size and the optional 2.3 kg incremental weight do not establish the starting resistance.

How much space does a GO circuit need?

There is no single area that suits every combination. Choose the equipment, check its in-use dimensions and allow for access, exits, instruction and movement between stations.

How should a rehabilitation team choose between GO and Versa MD?

Start with the professional requirements for positioning, movement, resistance and adjustment. Matrix presents GO for approachable circuits and Versa MD models with specific adjustment features. The treating team determines suitability for the intended programme; the series name alone does not establish it.

What should we prepare for a senior-living proposal?

Describe the user group and level of independence, the instruction available, the number of simultaneous users and the floor plan. Note access needs and any model requirements specified by the professional team.

Can we select only part of the series?

A combination of stations can be considered for your space and activity goals. Configuration, accessories, local availability and supply terms are confirmed in the Eurotec proposal.

Why are FT3 and FT4 shown together?

The local catalog groups GO-FT3 and GO-FT4 on one Functional Trainer page. Confirm the chosen configuration, weight stack and supplied height in the proposal.

How do we request a proposal?

Open the relevant product page or GO catalog and build the equipment list. Bring the facility type, user requirements and room dimensions to the Matrix team at Eurotec.

MATRIX / EUROTEC GROUP

Plan your
strength area.

Start with your people, room and activity — whether it is a new facility or an extension to an existing space.

What to prepare

  • Facility type and the users you serve.
  • Floor plan or room dimensions.
  • Existing equipment and the models of interest.
  • Instruction and simultaneous user numbers.
  • Budget and timescale, if defined.

Local availability, final specification, accessories, supply and service terms are checked and recorded in the proposal.
