MATRIX / VRS WEIGHT STACK KITS
Less noise.
More room to train.
A damping system for the weight stacks in Matrix strength equipment. The Vibration Reduction System is designed to reduce the sound and vibration produced when a stack returns and lands at the bottom of the machine.

Sound reduction from dropped weight stacks
Reduction in vibration transferred to nearby spaces
Reduced wear and tear caused by rebounding stacks
43% and 50% are manufacturer-reported reductions of up to those values. Results at a particular facility depend on equipment and installation conditions; this is not a guarantee of silence or a building acoustic rating.
What matters in the training space?
When a stack lands, sound within the room is only one consideration. Vibration transmitted to spaces above, below or beside the training area also matters. VRS addresses this source within the strength machine.
When should VRS be considered?
When planning a gym in a residential building, hotel, office or upper floor, include weight stacks in the planning discussion. Eurotec can review the machines and their surroundings alongside equipment and space decisions.
Understand the system
Ultra, Versa, Aura and Go
The 2026 Matrix international strength brochure lists these four series for single- and multi-station units. This is product-family compatibility; each machine still requires a model and configuration check.
How is the correct kit selected?
Start with the machine that will receive the system. For a compatibility review, prepare:
- The series and exact model; for existing equipment, its serial number.
- The number of weight stacks and whether the machine is a single- or multi-station unit.
- Whether this is a new facility or equipment already installed.
- A description of nearby spaces and the sound or vibration concern.
Eurotec will confirm the kit, installation scope and order configuration. One kit must not be assumed to fit every model or stack.
Questions before selecting
Will VRS silence the entire gym?
No. The manufacturer data concerns sound from dropped weight stacks and vibration transferred from them. Flooring and other noise sources remain part of facility planning.
Can a kit be ordered using only the series name?
The model and configuration are also needed. Multi-station equipment requires consideration of its number of weight stacks. Eurotec checks compatibility before an order.
Are the reduction percentages decibel values?
No. They are published as percentage reductions, not a guaranteed decibel decrease in a specific room.
Is there one size or part number for all kits?
The reviewed manufacturer sheet does not provide a single size, weight or order code for every weight-stack kit. Order details are confirmed for the machine; Magnum platform dimensions must not be reused.
